Meet Regan

Regan Reynolds, SHRM-CP is the Founder and Managing Director of Kith & Kin Consulting. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, business and organizational development, operations, mergers & acquisitions, and leadership development. She has had the opportunity to work within the biotechnology, home building/construction, and commercial real estate industries. She also has significant experience in the local government and non-profit sector.

When asked why she chose the field of human resources (and subsequently business operations) as a profession, Regan's response is usually a little smile followed by "...I guess it kind of chose me..." Regan attended and graduated from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. She initially had plans to study Child Development and return to her hometown (Beaufort, NC) to teach elementary school. During her first semester, she was assigned to Dr. Tony Bledsoe for her work-study assignment and began doing research on entrepreneurship and women in business. Through that work-study and mentorship from Dr. Bledsoe, Regan realized her passion was in people, helping address their needs, and helping businesses and organizations reach their full potential.

Regan has spent the last 20 years continuing to be a student of all things human resources and business - she embraces the philosophy of kaizen (ongoing, continuous improvement). She has gained invaluable HR, business, and life experiences through her roles as Human Resources Manager; Associate Director of Human Resources and Recruiting/Associate Director of People and Culture; Human Resources Director; Business Operations Manager; and Assistant to the Executive Director | Clerk to the Board of Directors.

Regan and her husband, Jason, are residents of Saint George, Utah. They relocated to Utah in 2021 after living in North Carolina their entire lives. They have two "fur babies," adorable pups named Davie Pierson and Monroe Jamison. Regan is a Board member & volunteer coach with Girls on the Run of Southern Utah and serves as a volunteer patient advocate with the Global Healthy Living Foundation | CreakyJoints.
